It is a diet that consists of eating only what we could have found if we were living the life of cavemen. Does that paint a clear picture? It means eating things we can find out in the wild, things we could hunt, meat, fish, leafy greens, nuts, veggies, and even seeds. So, say goodbye to cereal, pasta, and even candies.

One last thing you need to keep in mind before going on the Paleo Diet is it will not make you a superhero. Just kidding. Though really, when people on this diet experience good results, they tell you how AMAZING it is, raising the bar of expectations. It is good but changes vary from person to person and the whole process requires patience. There are three ways to monitor changes: how you look, how you feel and how well your clothes fit. These are the changes you wanted in the first place that led you to try the diet, aren’t they? Well now they are your best indicators.
